Unfortunately there is no easy way to do 50ft of our CS5060RGBIP68 with one wire because of the voltage drop on 12V strips, furthermore, extending 16ft strips compromises the waterproofing of the LED strip. I recommend using (4) strips, each cut to 12ft 6" and then bringing (2) home-run wires to the strips. The easiest is to install two strips from one point and then extend them out and splice the home-run wire to where the strips meet. In your case you will need to do this twice.
