Good Afternoon,
You are correct about PWM control, but the brown is actually the positive, the other two wires are negative, so the 2-channels share the positive. You can control these strips via RF using this Power Supply and RF Receiver with this Tunable White RF Remote. DMX is also an option, here is the DMX Decoder/Power Supply and this is the Tunable White DMX Touch Panel option.
