If you need waterproof power supplies, the following are the best options for you:
Water-Proof Dimmable LED Strip Power Supply:
60W, 96W (You need 96W for one 16ft roll of the 24VCS06264COBIP67 LED Strip)
Water-Proof Non-Dimmable LED Strip Power Supply:
96W, 150W
For Water Resistant Power Supplies, any of the following can be used:

Please keep in mind that the selected strip uses 3.7 Watts/ft, you should always get a power supply that has 10 - 20% more wattage than the load you will attach to it.
