Yes, this is a 12" x 12" light panel sample kit that includes a plug and play rotary dimmer and a plug in power adapter. Per your request we can construct any panel size within our max dimensions of 8'x4' (96" x 48"), for these panels we provide a larger driver that will require a different dimmer that we can also provide.
